WORKING EXPERIENCE

Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Kuan is a qualified electrical engineer registered
with The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia. His distinguished
career includes serving two (2) terms as a Senator in the Malaysian
Parliament from 1985 to 1991, as well as holding the position
of Director and Group Managing Director at Hirotako Holdings
Bhd between 2007 and 2012. He has over 25 years of extensive
experience in corporate finance and general management.
Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Kuan joined FBG Holdings Berhad (“FBG”) as a
Director and Non-Executive Chairman from 2006 to 2012. He was
re-designated as Executive Chairman from 2012 until 2015 and
then re-designated as Non-Executive Chairman until 2016. He currently
serves as Deputy Chairman and Non-Independent Non-Executive
Director of FBG.

Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Kuan also sits on the board of several private companies.
